Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using any VWX Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date always reflects the most current version.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell our content or systems without written consent.

• Attempt to interfere with the security, performance, or accessibility of VWX’s systems.

• Misrepresent your identity or use automated tools to scrape or manipulate site data.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent restriction.

Purchases, Payments & Refunds

All paid Services, including courses, programs, and memberships, are processed through ThriveCart with Stripe and Relay integration.

• Prices are listed in USD and subject to change.

• Refund eligibility is determined per product at checkout.

• Any chargeback or dispute must first be addressed directly with VWX support.

By completing a purchase, you authorize VWX and its payment partners to charge your selected method for the total amount due.

Limitation of Liability

VWX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to VWX in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VWX, its officers, partners, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice,

for conduct that violates these Terms or harms VWX’s integrity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada,

without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
